Initial Narrative     SEVERAL VEHICLES HAD ALREADY BEEN INVOLVED IN CRASH ON THE BRIDGE. V-1 WAS APART OF ORIGINAL CRASH. PASSENGER OF V-1 EXITED AND WALKED TOWARDS THE REAR OF V-1. V-2 WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON THE BRIDGE AND LOST CONTROL AND SLID INTO V-1 STRIKING THE PASSENGER WHO HAD EXITED THE VEHICLE. THE IMPACT FORCED THE PASSENGER OVER THE SIDE OF THE BRIDGE. THE OTHER VEHICLES COLLIDED WITH V-2.
