Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 43. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 43. V2 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT REENTERED THE ROADWAY AND CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND STRUCK V1. AFTER IMPACT V1 CAME TO REST ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. V2 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS RIGHT SIDE BLOCKING THE SOUTHBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC.
