Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 440 AT THE SPLIT TO HIGHWAY 67 WHEN V1 STRUCK THE LEFT CONCRETE BARRIER AND ROLLED OVER. THE CAB OF V1 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING EASTBOUND. DUE TO THE CONTENTS OF THE TRAILER THE CAB AND TRAILER OF V1 BECAME ENGULFED IN FLAMES. DRIVER OF V1 WAS ENTRAPPED IN THE VEHICLE.
