Initial Narrative     PERKINS WAS STANDING ON THE SOUTH SHOULDER OF U.S. 70 @ CYPRESS CREEK ROAD ATTEMPTING TO FLAG DOWN PASSING MOTORISTS. PERKINS WAS STRUCK BY AN UNKNOWN VEHICLE TRAVELING EAST ON US 70 THAT FAILED TO STOP AFTER THE COLLISION. PERKINS WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE AT 10:48PM BY DEPUTY CORONOR JAMES PEARSON.
