Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON WEST BOOTH ROAD. V1 EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT NEAR A DEEP DITCH. THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE AND TOP CAB AREA OF V1 COLLIDED WITH A LARGE TREE. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE AT 9:07 A.M.
