Initial Narrative     MOTORCYCLE WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 16 NEGOTIATING A SHARP CURVE TO THE LEFT. V1 DROVE OFF THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT AND LOST CONTROL. THE MOTORCYCLE SLID ON THE SHOULDER APPROXIMATELY 41' AND STRUCK A ROAD SIGN.
