Initial Narrative     V1 LOST CONTROL WHILE CHANGING LANES. V1 RAN OFF THE ROAD TO THE RIGHT AND STRUCK A TREE. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER.
