Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 79 WHEN A DEER ENTERED THE ROADWAY FROM THE WEST. THE DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO AVOID THE DEER AND STRUCK IT AS IT CROSSED IN FRONT OF HIM WHICH CAUSED V-1 TO OVERTURN. THE DRIVER LATER SUCCUMBED TO INJURIES SUSTAINED DURING THE CRASH ON 9-5-21.
