Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 88 IN THE RIGHT LANE BEFORE TEMPERANCE HILL ROAD. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS IN THE ROADWAY AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY GARLAND COUNTY CORONER STEWART SMEDLEY.
