Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELLING NORTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 341. V-1 RAN OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND OVERCORRECTED. V1 CROSSED THE NORTH AND SOUTH LANES OF THE ROADWAY BEFORE STRIKING A GUARDRAIL. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON THE NORTHBOUND SHOULDER.
