Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY 8. V1 WAS NEGOIATING A CURVE TO THE LEFT DEPARTED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND TRAVELED INTO THE ROADSIDE DITCH. DRIVER OF V1 WAS THROWN OFF V1 AS IT MADE CONTACT WITH THE ROADSIDE DITCH.THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS WAS PROUNCED DECEASED BY DALLAS COUNTY CORONER.
