Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON COLONEL GLENN ROAD WHEN V1 STRUCK A PEDESTRIAN. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS TRANSPORTED TO UAMS HOSPITAL WHERE SHE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED.
