Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 8 WHEN THE VEHICLE RAN THROUGH A STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 425. IT THEN RAN OFF THE EAST SIDE OF HIGHWAY 425 AND HIT A DIRT EMBANKMENT THEN STRUCK A TREE WITH THE RIGHT FRONT OF THE VEHICLE.
