THE OPERATOR OF V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND CONTINUED ACROSS THE EASTBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC RUNNING OFF THE NORTH SIDE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 278. V-1 CONTINUED OFF A STEEP DITCH EMBANKMENT OVERTURNING ONTO ITS TOP.
