Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELLING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 67 NEAR THE 45MM NORTHBOUND. P-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO CROSS WESTBOUND OVER U.S. HIGHWAY 67 FROM THE SHOULDER OF THE NORTHBOUND LANES. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS UNABLE TO SLOW IN TIME AND THE FRONT OF V-1 STRUCK P-1 IN THE LEFT LANE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 67. AFTER IMPACT P-1 WAS KNOCKED INTO THE MEDIAN OF U.S. HIGHWAY 67 AND V-1 CAME TO A FINAL POSITION FACING NORTH.
