Initial Narrative     V1 WAS STATIONARY ON THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER OF US HIGHWAY 65. V2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 65 IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. THE CRASH OCCURRED WHEN V1 MADE A U-TURN IN FRONT OF V2 WHICH CAUSED V2S FRONT TO STRIKE V1S DRIVER SIDE REAR. THE PASSENGER SUCCUMBED TO HIS INJURIES ON OCTOBER 20 2020.
