Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON US 71B WHEN IT CROSSED INTO THE NORTHBOUND INSIDE LANE IN FRONT OF V2 AND COLLIDED WITH IT IN AN OFFSET HEAD ON COLLISION. V3 WAS NORTHBOUND BEHIND V2 AND WAS DAMAGED BY DEBRIS FROM THE INITIAL COLLISION.
