Initial Narrative     AT THE INTERSECTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 79 AND OUACHITA 203 V2 FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY TO V1 AS IT ENTERED INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 79. THE FRONT OF V1 STRUCK THE DRIVER’S SIDE OF V2. BOTH VEHICLES LEFT THE ROADWAY AFTER IMPACT.
