Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON I-30 EAST. THE DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE AND LAID THE MOTORCYCLE DOWN ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THE DRIVER OF V1 CAME TO REST LAYING IN THE RIGHT LANE. V2 WAS TRAVELING IN THE SAME AREA AND STRUCK THE DRIVER OF V1 IN THE TRAFFIC LANE.
