Initial Narrative     V1 VEARED RIGHT AND OVERCORRECTED. V1 CROSSED ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC AND COLLIDED WITH THE CONCRETE WALL ON THE RIGHT SIDE CAUSING V1 TO OVERTURN. V1 CONTINUED ACROSS ALL LANES OF TRAFFIC AND LANDED UPRIGHT ON THE LEFT SHOULDER FACING SOUTHBOUND.
