V2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HWY 412 SPUR WEST APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF HWY 412 WEST SPUR AND HWY 358. V1 FAILD TO STOP AT THE STOP SIGN ON HWY 358 AND CROSSED INTO THE PATH OF V2. THE FRONT OF V2 IMPACTED THE PASSENGER SIDE OF V1.
