Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 274. V2 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 274. AS V1 WAS PASSING 2 EASTBOUND VEHICLES IT COLLIDED HEAD-ON WITH V2 IN THE WESTBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC. AFTER IMPACT V1 CAME TO A CONTROLLED STOP ON THE EASTBOUND SHOULDER. V2 CAME TO REST IN THE WESTBOUND DITCH.
