Initial Narrative      VEHICLE #1 WAS EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 40 WHEN IT LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE. V-1 THEN ROTATED CLOCKWISE STRIKING A TREE IN THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. VEHICLE CAME TO REST AGAINST THE TREE.
