Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 14 TRAVERSING A LEFT CURVE. THE OPERATOR OF V1 LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY STRUCKING A CULVERT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND THEN BECAME AIRBORNE. V1 IMPACTED THE GROUND AND OVERTURNED ON IT'S TOP WHERE IT CAME TO FINAL REST.
