Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF UTV-1 WAS TRAVELING ALONG SIDE THE PEDESTRIAN WHILE RESPONDING TO A CALL FOR ASSISTANCE. PEDESTRIAN WAS ON HIS BICYCLE RESPONDING AS WELL. PEDESTRIAN WAS PULLED UNDER THE UTV AND RECEIVED SEVERE HEAD INJURIES. ON 11/26/2021 PEDESTRIAN (DOUGLAS) WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED.
