Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 278 E (NEAR JENKIN'S STORE) WHEN IT STOPPED WAITING ON TRAFFIC TO CLEAR TO MAKE A LEFT TURN INTO JENKIN'S GAS STATION. V2 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 278 E. THE DRIVER OF V2 STATED THAT SHE DID NOT SEE V1 DUE TO THE GLARE FROM STREET LIGHTS AND HEADLIGHTS. V2 STRUCK V1 FROM THE REAR. DRIVER OF V1 LATER SUCCUMMED TO HIS INJURIES.
