Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON I-530 NEAR THE 4 MM WHEN THE VEHICLE RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. V1 STRUCK THE CABLE BARRIER ON THE LEFT SHOULDER. V1 THEN CROSSED BOTH LANES OF SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC RUNNING OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT OVERTURNED AND STRUCK A TREE.
