Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HWY 49. V-2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HWY 49. V-2 DROVE LEFT OF CENTER AND STRUCK V-1 HEAD ON. ALL PARTIES INVOLVED WERE TRANSPORTED TO AREA HOSPITALS. ON 12/28/21 AT APPROXIMATELY 1:42 P.M. THE DRIVER OF V-1 SUCCUMBED TO INJURIES SUSTAINED IN THIS CRASH. HE PASSED AWAY AT THE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IN MEMPHIS TENNESSEE.
