Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HWY 49 APPROACHING THE INTERSECTION OF E. CLEBURNE AVE. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING EASTBOUND ATTEMPTING TO CROSS U.S. HWY 49. V1 STRUCK THE PEDESTRIAN IN THE RIGHT NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE.
