Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 196 AND TRAVELED INTO THE WESTBOUND LANES OF TRAFFIC AND STRUCK V-2 HEAD-ON. BOTH DRIVER OF V1 AND PASSENGER OF V-2 WERE PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER JOSH HAWKINS.
