Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE EAST BOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC. THE VICTIM (P1) WAS WALKING IN THE EASTBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC. V1 FAILED TO NOTICE P1 WALKING IN THE ROAD AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP OR AVOID STRIKING HER. P1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY GARLAND COUNTY CORONER STUART SMEDLEY.
