Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 7 SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 51. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 460 FEET BEFORE COMING TO REST IN THE FIELD EAST OF THE ROADWAY. V1 DRIVER WAS THROWN FROM V1 STRIKING A ROADWAY SIGN. CLARK COUNTY CORNER TIM WELCH WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO THE SCENE.
