Initial Narrative     THE OPERATOR OF V-1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON CHAMBERSVILLE RD. THE OPERATOR FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND RAN OFF THE LEFT SHOULDER. THE OPERATOR OF V-1 STRUCK SEVERAL TREES ALONG THE EDGE OF THE ROADWAY AS THE VEHICLE CONTINUED EASTBOUND. AT THE FINAL REST V1 WAS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE CHAMBERSVILLE RD. FACING WEST.
