Update February 19th, 5:30 pm
Last week we began a major upgrade of the Sales Tax filing system that required us to make the website unavailable during the transistion.
The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration has decided to delay the release of the new system to conduct additional testing and has requested that you file your current return on paper.
DF&A will waive any late fees for this filing period.
If you need a copy of the ST400 form and instructions please send an email to

Notice:
The Arkansas Sales Tax filing
application is temporarily offline. We are currently
installing an upgrade to the system that will include
many requests from our filers. The new system will be available on
Tuesday, February 19th, 2002.
If you submitted any filings after
10:00 am on Friday, February 8, 2002 your filing will be
processed at the usual time: either on the following monday or
on the 19th if you selected to have the filing held.
Some features of the new system
include:
- The ability to save and reuse your
filing preferences from previous filings.
- Ability to cancel or edit a filing
you have just submitted.
- Enhanced help system.
- Ability to enter multiple cities
and counties more quickly.
