*You will receive an email from support@ark.org with a subject of "Password Information from Arkansas.gov." This email will contain a web address that will allow you to reset your password. The web address is only valid for 60 minutes. Please make sure that the web address in the email you receive begins with https://www.ark.org.

If you are unable to access your account within the 60 minute limit, simply repeat the "Forgot Password" process to receive a new email.

The email will be sent to the email address that is on file for your account. You must have access to this email account in order to reset your password online.

If you do not receive the email to reset your password, please make sure that the email was not caught by your junk mail (spam) filter. Please add support@ark.org to your address book if you have any problems receiving the email to reduce the chance that the email will be caught by your junk mail filter. (AOL accounts, in particular, may treat the email as junk mail.) Once you add support@ark.org to your address book, simply repeat the "Forgot Password" process to request a new email.
