Send comment letter and wait for a reply. #24 mesh screen is required on the roof vent, also, the screened opening shall be raised to a minimum of 24 inches above the roof if it is not already that high. The cover / shroud over the screened opening shall extend down to the bottom of the screened opening to minimize the entry of wind blown rain.
