    The State has made the content of certain pages of its Web sites available to the public. The State disclaims any liability for the improper or incorrect use of information obtained from its Web sites.

    One who uses the information available for public use on the State's computer system assumes the risk of using or relying on such information.   6. MONITORING AND PROTECTING THE SYSTEM FROM INTRUSION

    All State computer systems are subject to monitoring to assure proper functioning of the system and to provide security for the computer system's operation. By using the computer systems you are consenting to the exercise of such monitoring practices. The State reserves the right to use any legally appropriate measures to prevent and investigate anyone attempting to modify, deface, delete, or otherwise tamper with or abuse a State Web site, server, database, information system, or other State technology asset.

  7. COOKIES

    "Cookies" are a standard Web technology consisting of small files placed on your computer by a Web server. The server uses them to both store and retrieve information about your visit.

    We discourage the use of Web cookies on our websites. Temporary cookies, however, may be used when necessary to complete a transaction or enhance the user experience of using the site. Certain services, such as Arkansas OCSE, use cookies to enhance the user experience and/or avoid multiple login/password authentication.

  8. INTERACTIVE FORMS

    On some of our Web pages we offer interactive forms that let you voluntarily submit personal information (such as your e-mail address, name and address). This occurs when you are requesting or submitting information or registering for various services, offered by DF&A. All submitted information is used only for the expressed purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party.

  9. CHILD SUPPORT

    Individuals who have a child support case may access data related to child support payments, balances due and case status. This private and confidential information is available only to the individual parties in the case. You must know your child support case number and other personal information to access the data. If you do not have your child support case number, you will need to contact the child support office that manages your case by phone, mail or fax.

    Unauthorized use or attempts to access the data for anything other than its intended purpose is prohibited and may result in criminal prosecution. For your protection, a log of all requests to access case data is recorded.

    Every effort is made to ensure that the data provided is accurate and current. If you believe any information returned is inaccurate, you may contact the child support office that handles your case.
