This electronic Real Estate and Personal Property Tax payment service is being offered to the citizens of Pulaski County as an additional method of tax payment. Use of this service is optional and tax payments will be accepted in person or by mail. Electronic credit card tax payments completed by 11:59 PM will be posted in 1-2 business days, e-check transactions will be posted in 2-3 business days. Payment can be made with a credit card or electronic check using the electronic payment process through the state's eGovernment service provider, Arkansas.gov. The total amount will be adjusted to allow for the electronic processing of the transaction.

Arkansas State Law requires that Personal Property Taxes be collected with or before Real Estate Taxes. If you owe Personal Property Taxes, we cannot accept your Real Estate Tax payment electronically until the Personal Property Tax has been paid.
If there are errors on your electronic Tax Statements or you do not own property for which you are billed, please contact us via e-mail at anytime. Additions, deletions or corrections to Personal Property are made with the Pulaski County Assessor's office and cannot be modified electronically. Please call the Assessor's Office at 501-340-6170 for more information.

Our office accepts partial payments of current taxes owed. All partial payments will be applied to the total amount of tax due. If any portion of the total tax bill is not paid by the deadline, the total amount of tax due becomes delinquent. Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard credit cards in addition to eChecks are accepted methods or electronic payment transactions. Electronic payments are processed through the state's eGovernment service provider, Arkansas.gov. The total amount will be adjusted to allow for the electronic processing of the transaction.

The Tax Dollar Breakdown consists of your general taxes for the current year only. It does not include any Special Improvement Taxes or Assessor Penalties, which may have been added due to late assessment. Deadline to assess is May 31 of every year.
Many of the taxes listed in the Breakdown have been voted on by a Special Election. For information on any of these, please call our office at (501) 340-6040.
