All certificates of registration shall expire on July 31 of each year and shall become invalid on August 1, unless renewed.
If you practice with an expired license in the state of Arkansas, you will be subject to a civil penalty and other disciplinary actions as the board deems appropriate.
In order to continue your registration, you must complete all of the questions on this form and pay by valid credit card. All renewals are transmitted to the board office as they are received.
Failure to properly renew your registration between July 1 and July 31 annually will result in a late fee(s) and continuing education penalty fee(s) in addition to the $100 renewal fee.
The accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards. Upon completion of the online renewal process, you will be presented with a receipt screen that should be printed and retained as proof of payment.
