Conference Registration includes the opening reception, general sessions, breakout sessions, luncheon/breakfast events and special activities. This includes registration for the spouse and/or guests of the attendee. The golf tournament requires an additional registration process and may be completed with online registration or via a paper form. Separate reservations are, of course, required for hotel accommodations. Please read below for additional information.

As in the past, conference attendees have the option to register with the paper form or via an online system. Online registration requires a payment with a credit card. While the online system is faster, either method will ensure your space at this year's conference. Attendees will also be able to register at the door. Please submit your registration by mail, online or by fax by May 19, 2006 to qualify for the advanced registration rate and to ensure that your name and contact information is included in the advanced registration attendee list.

The 2006 FTA Annual Meeting and Conference will be held at the Peabody Little Rock Hotel. Located in the heart of the bustling downtown River Market District, The Peabody Little Rock offers well-appointed guest room and unsurpassed luxury among Arkansas hotels. The hotel is less than a mile from the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and only 15-20 minutes from Little Rock International Airport. (Yes, the Peabody Hotels are home to the world-famous Peabody Ducks that march down the red carpet to the Lobby Fountain every day at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.)

The extended deadline for reservations under the conference group rate was May 8, 2006. You may find that the hotel is currently booked for Saturday stays, June 3rd. You may consider being waitlisted for that night or other nights that may be booked.

If there are any problems with registering at the Little Rock Peabody hotel, please send an email to bob.chastant@rev.state.ar.us and we will contact our hotel representative who may be able to assist you with room reservation problems or we may refer you to other near-by hotels for your hotel accommodations.

The Little Rock Peabody Shuttle Service to and from the Hotel and the Little Rock National Airport

The Hotel shuttle runs on a 30 minute time schedule beginning at 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you need to speak with a member of the Hotel regarding its shuttle, call 501-906-4000, and ask to speak with the valet desk for shuttle service. By contacting the hotel, you can determine the expected time of service or arrange for the complimentary shuttle (it usually takes about 15 minutes from the hotel).

Directions to the Hotel from the Little Rock National Airport

• Exit to the right out of the airport parking lot and go to
  I-440 West to I-30 East (Downtown Exit).

• Take I-30 East to Exit 141A (Markham/Cantrell) loop underneath the interstate.

• Take the Convention Center Exit to the right and go 3 blocks to Main Street.

• Turn right on Main Street and proceed 1 block to Markham. The Little Rock Peabody Hotel will be on your left.
  

The 2006 FTA Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2006 at the Greystone Country Club in Cabot, about a 30 minute drive from the hotel. The tournament is a 4-person scramble and is open to all conference attendees and their guests. The cost is $80 per person. Rental clubs are available for $30. Registration is limited to the first 52 golfers. You may either register for golf using the paper form below or in conjunction with online conference registration.
